  • What are your operating hours?
    Drop ‘N Play Kids is open from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM on Fridays and Saturdays and 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM on Sundays.
  • What ages can enjoy Drop 'N Play Kids? Who can I drop off?
    Drop ‘N Play Kids welcomes children aged 6 months to 9 years old to enjoy our supervised play experiences. While parents are required to stay and participate in the fun with their children aged 3 and under in the soft play area, children aged 4 and above can be dropped off under the supervision of our trained staff within the main play areas. Maximum playtime allowed per visit is 4 hours.
  • What is your pricing?
    Here’s what we offer: For kids ages 4-9: First Hour: $24.99 Each Additional Hour: $14.99 per hour For kids ages 6 months - 3 years: $14.99 per hour (since they won’t use our supervision services) Please note: We have a 4-hour maximum per visit. Check out our pricing page!
  • What do I need to do to sign up?
    We make the registration process easy. Just call or come see us! We will create an account for you where we will enter all of your family info, upload documents, and you can make reservations, and more. It typically takes 5-10 minutes to complete the process.
  • How will I know what my children did while at Drop 'N Play Kids?
    Typically your child (4 and above) will come home with something that they have made while here and a story or two about all the friends they made. We also have remote security camera viewing accessible only through your parent portal. For kiddos who can’t quite give you the full rundown of what they did (3 and below), It is our policy that you stay with them within the duration of their visit to Drop ‘N Play Kids.
  • Will we need to make a reservation?
    Nope! You are more than welcome to drop off the kiddos anytime you need us as a walk-in. You can also call to see if we have space for special occasions, especially on Friday and Saturday evenings. Maximum playtime allowed per visit is 4 hours.
  • Who can pick up my child?
    Unless an alternate arrangement has been made beforehand, only parents and guardians can pick up a child. Your photo ID is required at the time of check-out. If someone other than yourself is picking up your child, we require written authorization to be sent via email. The individual picking up your child must present a valid photo ID and the original photo taken of the child and caregiver at drop-off. Once these steps are completed, your child will be released into their care. This information will be included on the waiver you will sign once you drop off your child at Drop 'N Play Kids.
  • Can I drop off my kids whenever I need?
    Absolutely! Drop ‘N Play Kids is designed to provide a safe and fun environment for children ages 4-9 to enjoy while parents take care of other responsibilities. If your child is 3 and below, It is our policy that you stay with them within the duration of their visit. Maximum playtime allowed per visit is 4 hours.
  • What if my child cries?
    Even if a little upset upon drop off, most children are quickly enamored by all of the activities and fun things to do at Drop ‘N Play Kids. Crying and sad faces are typically gone within minutes. If, for some reason, after fifteen minutes, a child is still uneasy, we will reach out to you by phone so you can assist with your child.
  • What safety measures do you have in place?
    Keeping the children in our care safe is a top priority of the staff at DNPK. Necessary measures are taken each day to ensure the safety of all children. Our front entrance is a controlled access entry, and our staff and management will only open the door upon visual recognition. We encourage parents to stop by for information and tours; as a safety precaution, the front office may request a valid state photo ID. Only staff is permitted in the play areas; parents may walk their children back if accompanied by a manager. For additional security, our center is equipped with security cameras focused on the facility’s entry and exit and in each room, excluding private areas such as restrooms. You also have the ability for parents to view their children remotely
  • Do you provide snacks and refreshments for the children? Can I bring any?
    You are allowed to bring water bottles for your kiddies! We offer snacks, refreshments and toys that can be purchased as part of the experience at Drop ‘N Play Kids to keep your child energized and satisfied during their visit.
  • Where will my child be?
    At Drop ‘N Play Kids, we provide age-appropriate play experiences tailored to the needs of your child. Our facility features designated play areas, including a soft play zone for children aged 3 and under and a main play area for children aged 4 to 9. Additionally, we offer an arts and crafts area. Each play area is carefully supervised by trained staff members, ensuring a safe and enriching environment for all children. Upon arrival, you’ll be informed of the designated play area for your child, and our staff will guide you through the check-in process to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Is it just free play?
    There is almost always a game or craft happening at Drop ‘N Play Kids. The kids are free to mingle and play in their designated, supervised areas. There is a vast playscape of arts and crafts, jungle gyms, and more! We are continually getting new and exciting things for the kids! Weekends at DNPK are a blast as well! Each Friday and Saturday night are theme nights. All activities are centered on the theme, which makes it easy for the kiddos to get involved. See our event schedule here.
  • Tell me more about the staff.
    The team at Drop ‘N Play Kids comprises fun, caring, and passionate individuals with one common goal: to provide a positive and safe experience for all the kids in their care. Finding team members who meet the standards set in place is both rigorous and thorough. We set out to interview those who show a real passion for children and having fun! Once past the interviewing phase, we perform extensive background checks. If all measures have been met, our now “play crew” are trained in each area of the center and mentored by our best team members. Many of our staff have children of their own and wholeheartedly understand how difficult it can be to entrust your children in someone else’s care. For this reason, all staff make it their mission to provide only the most nurturing environment for your children.
  • Is there somewhere I can store my child's belongings once I drop them off?
    Yes, we offer cubbies where your child can securely store their shoes and other belongings during their visit. Our staff will assist your child in finding an available cubby, providing peace of mind while they play and explore at Drop ‘N Play Kids. This is a no shoes facility.
  • Do you host birthday parties or special events?
    We’re excited to share that we’ll be offering birthday party packages soon, so stay tuned!
